MILAN - ITALY
Our bead retreat starts in Milan, an important cultural center with many museums and art galleries that include some of the world's most amazing collections.
In Milan we will visit Duomo, the centerpiece of the city which is a magnificent example of Gothic architecture made from pink white marble. No trip to Milan would be complete without visiting the Vittorio Emanuele II Galleries, a major landmark of Milan, where you can admire the gorgeous glass roof, the famous mosaic with the bull carrying the chance and many luxury boutiques and restaurants. During our walk we will reach also the Piazza della Scala where you will be able to see the famous Scala theater and the Marino Palace.
September 4th-7th, 2024
LJUBLJANA - SLOVENIA
Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, is one of the smallest capital cities in Europe, but it is known to be a very charming and friendly city. It's a city of culture., being the home to numerous theaters, museums and galleries.
We will take a tour of the city where we will see the historic center and the beautiful castle. After a hearty lunch at one of the specialty restaurants, we will take a boat for a panoramic tour that will complete our image of Ljubljana
September 7th-12th, 2024
PULA - CROATIA
Pula - located beneath seven hills and with views of the Adriatic, Pula's unspoiled natural surroundings are magical. Known for its mild climate and tame, beautiful sea, Pula also has a long tradition of winemaking, fishing and shipbuilding. It's also home to many ancient Roman buildings, including the well-preserved, magnificent amphitheater.
We will take a guided tour of historical sites to discover the Amphitheater, the Cathedral, the Roman Forum and the temple of Augustus.
September 12th-13th, 2024
MILAN - ITALY
On September 12, we will return to Milan, where the bead retreat ends on September 13th. We will spend the last night at a hotel located near Malpensa airport.

Istrian Coast tour
From charming fishing towns, beautiful beaches and ancient ruins to gorgeous seascapes, medieval villages, olive groves and wineries, you will have the opportunity to discover the beauties of the Istrian peninsula on this panoramic tour.
Rovinj tour
Rovinj is well known as one of the most picturesque and romantic towns . The city at the foot of the Church of St. Euphemia is the favorite gathering place of artists from around the world. Walking down its streets, you'll bump into many art galleries, studios and shops.
Rijeka Tour
Rijeka is the most important Croatian seaport due to its strategic geographical position and was selected as European Capital of Culture for 2020. Historic, live-music loving and with a scattering of lovely beaches on its doorstep, Rijeka gives a taste of everything that makes Croatia brilliant.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
The Adriatic Sea is an extension of the Mediterranean Sea, stretching from the Gulf of Venice in the northwest to the western coast of the Balkan peninsula. An estimated 7000 species of plants and animals can be found here, being considered one of the most beautiful and crystal clear seas on the globe. There are six countries with coasts on the Adriatic, including Italy, Slovenia and Croatia.
Istria is known for its picturesque old coastal towns with a historical influence of 500 years of Venetian rule. The beaches of Istria are covered with clear water and many of them have been awarded the “blue flag”, the international environmental symbol representing the excellent quality of water and beaches.
Italy, Slovenia and Croatia are part of the European community and also of the Schengen area.
A Schengen Visa allows you to travel to any of the Schengen countries, with a short-stay visa valid for up to 90 days.
We also strongly recommend that you have at least six months passport validity before traveling.
REGISTRATION
Cost: 4370 EURO for BEADER
3960 EURO for NON-BEADER (traveling companion) This price applies only to only one companion non-beader accompanied by a registered beader.
Deposit: 1000 EURO deposit is required to hold your seat (250 EURO not refundable if you cancel)
Second payment of 2000 EURO is due by January 15th, 2024
Payment in full is due by Mars 2nd, 2024.
The price is based for a hotel double-occupancy room. Supplement for a single room is +870 EURO (based on availability)
We encourage you to bring a traveling companion.

Registration will be processed in the order they were received. There are a limited number of seats available. When your deposit is processed you will receive a confirmation by email. If you don't receive your deposit confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us.
To register please fill the FORM and pay the required deposit. Registration without deposit is not valid and doesn't guarantee the seat.
The event schedule will be sent to you by email.
Periodically you will receive information about the bead retreat so please make sure you provide a valid email address and keep us updated if it changes.
CANCELLATION
We are not responsible for your cancellation for any reason.
If you cancel before December 1st, 2023 you will be refunded with the deposit paid (except 250 EURO not refundable & Paypal fees)
If you cancel after December 2nd, 2023 you will be refunded with the amount paid, less 500 EUR & Paypal fees
If you cancel after March 1st, 2024, the paid amount will no longer be refunded.
If the organizer needs to cancel the event, all the money received from you will be refunded in full.
The price doesn't include Paypal/Card fees.
Registrations made without paying the deposit are considered null.
Single rooms are limited. Please contact us before registering to check availability.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes regarding the trip, if necessary, but of course you will be notified in advance of these changes.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse services.
We strongly recommend you purchase a travel Insurance.
