Thailand

Thailand is a magical retreat, blending a unique culture, fascinating history, beautiful nature, delectable local food, and an innate sense of hospitality. It boasts opulent royal palaces, ancient ruins, Buddhist temples, exotic wildlife, tropical beaches, and spectacular islands.

Located in the heart of Southeast Asia, Thailand is bordered by Laos and Cambodia in the east and the Gulf of Thailand and Malaysia in the south. The country's capital is Bangkok, a sprawling metropolis home to 10 million people. The national language is Thai, and the currency used is Thai Baht (THB), with an exchange rate of $1 = 35 THB.

One of the most notable aspects of Thailand is its rich culture, which is deeply rooted in Buddhism. Visitors can explore a wide range of Buddhist temples, each with its unique architecture and history.

For those looking to unwind, Thailand's beaches and islands are some of the most beautiful in the world. With crystal clear waters and soft, white sand, places like Phuket, Koh Samui, and Phi Phi Islands are perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or simply lounging in the sun.
