Beki and Melissa invite you to join them for an extraordinary retreat that begins and ends in the vibrant heart of England. This remarkable journey includes a leisurely cruise that will take you through the breathtaking coastlines and charming towns of Spain and Portugal.
During your time in London, you'll have the chance to explore London and learn about its profound heritage and storied past.
You'll also have the opportunity to connect with fellow beading enthusiasts from across England. This retreat will be a wonderful space to share your passion for the art of beading, exchange tips and techniques, and forge lasting friendships with those who appreciate the beauty of beading together.
ITINERARY
September 1st-3rd, 2027 - London (England)
Embark on an unforgettable city tour through the vibrant streets of London alongside a knowledgeable guide who will expertly unveil the hidden treasures of this captivating city. Learn about centuries of London's rich royal history as you explore the grandeur of the Palace of Westminster, Westminster Abbey and the regal magnificence of Buckingham Palace, the esteemed residence of kings and queens. Learn about the legendary tales behind Big Ben, the iconic clock tower of the Palace of Westminster, and watch the spectacular Changing of the Guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace.
September 3th-10th, 2027 - CRUISE
Protected by the Isle of Wight, Southampton has become one of the most important ports in the United Kingdom today.
Our cruise starts in Southampton, with destination Portugal and Spain.
Lisbone (PORTUGAL)
A memorable stop in Lisbon, Portugal’s crown jewel known for its Gothic cathedrals, medieval castle and picturesque neighborhoods. Capital since 1147, this city exudes history and charm at every turn. You’ll have the opportunity to wander the cobbled streets, where hidden gems, such as remarkable museums and 1930s-era terrace cafes, await discovery on a city tour.
Vigo (SPAIN)
Another notable stop will be in Vigo, Spain. A city tour will reveal this magnificent city that sits atop the remains of an ancient Roman settlement. You will be able to notice the majestic presence of the San Sebastian Castle and the del Castro Castle perched on top of the hill. A stone's throw away is the Holy City of Santiago de Compostela, a testament to architectural grandeur that blends Romanesque, Gothic and Baroque styles with finesse.
September 10-12, 2027 - London (England)
Back to London where we will stay for two more days.

Deposit: a 1000 EURO deposit is required to hold your seat (150 euro non-refundable if you cancel)
Payment schedule:
- The second payment of 2000 EURO is due by October 1st, 2025
- The full payment is due by August 1st, 2026
Accommodation: the price is based on a double-occupancy room in a hotel/cruise cabin. Supplement of +1310 EURO is applicable for a single room (based on availability)
We encourage you to bring a traveling companion along.
Registration: to register for the retreat, please fill out the registration form and pay the required deposit. Kindly note that registration without a deposit is not valid and doesn't guarantee a seat.
Please keep us informed of any changes to your email address, as we will periodically send you information about the retreat.
Payment options: payment can be made through PayPal or by card.

Registration will be processed in the order received. There are a limited number of seats available. Once your deposit is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please contact us if you don't receive the confirmation within 48 hours.
Guests will be notified via email when optional shore excursions are loaded for booking.
Cancellation Policy:
We would like to inform you that we are not responsible for any cancellations you make for any reason.
However, if you decide to cancel your reservation before August 1st, 2026 (included) you will be refunded with the amount received from you (except 150 EURO non-refundable). If you cancel after August 2nd, 2026 you will be refunded the amount paid, less 500 EURO
If you cancel your reservation after February 1st, 2027, we can't issue any refunds.
If the organizer needs to cancel the event, all the money received from you will be refunded in full.

The price doesn't include Paypal/Card fees (non-refundable)
Registrations made without paying the deposit will be considered null and void.
Availability of single rooms is limited. Please get in touch with us before registering to check availability.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the retreat if deemed necessary. However, you will be notified in advance of any such changes.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse services.
