Venice, also called the Empress of the Adriatic,

VENICE

Your stay will be at a charming hotel in Venice, blending comfort with authentic Venetian style. You will have a transfer service from Marco Polo Airport directly to the hotel.
Beyond the bead classes, you'll have the opportunity to explore the wonders of Venice. From the iconic canals and gondolas to the stunning architecture and bustling markets, the city offers countless experiences to enrich your stay.
Walking tour - the city is renowned for its enchanting canals and timeless charm, and offers a plethora of historical and architectural wonders that are best explored on foot. This walking tour will guide you through some of the most captivating parts of the city: San Marco Square, Basilica dei Santi Giovanni e Paolo, Casa di Marco Polo, Campo Santa Maria Formosa and Ponte di Rialto
Doge’s Palace and St. Mark’s Basilica - a guided tour of the Doge’s Palace and St. Mark’s Basilica offers a journey through time, art, and architecture, revealing stories that have shaped this enchanting city.
The Doge Palace is a Gothic masterpiece with ornate chambers and historic prisons.
The St Mark Basilica is the crown jewel of Venice and a stunning example of Byzantine architecture.
Gondola ride - To truly immerse yourself in the Venetian spirit, there's no experience more iconic than a gondola ride. Gliding through the city’s waterways, you’ll uncover the hidden charms of Venice, all from the comfort of a traditional gondola.
Murano Glass Factory - A journey to Murano, the Heart of Venetian Glassmaking. Upon reaching Murano, you are greeted by a vibrant array of colors. The island is dotted with charmingly painted buildings, each adding to the lively and artistic ambiance. Murano has been the epicenter of glassmaking since the 13th century, and its rich history is palpable in the air. The highlight of your visit is a captivating glassmaking demonstration by a master craftsman. Inside the factory your attention is immediately drawn to the artisan skillfully manipulating molten glass. With deft hands and expert precision, the craftsman transforms a glowing blob of glass into a delicate work of art.
Verona day trip - Embark on an enchanting journey from the magical waterways of Venice to the heart of Verona, a city steeped in history and romance. You will be able to explore some historic sites as Arena di Verona, Piazza delle Erbe, Juliet’s House, Basilica of San Zeno. and the Roman Bridge.

Cost:
- 4210 EURO for BEADER
- 4020 EURO for traveling companion
Deposit: a 1000 EURO deposit is required to hold your seat (150 euro non-refundable if you cancel)
Payment schedule:
- The second payment of 2000 EURO is due by December 1st, 2025
- The full payment is due by May 1st, 2026
Accommodation: the price is based on a double-occupancy room in a hotel. Supplement of +920 EURO is applicable for a single room (based on availability)
We encourage you to bring a traveling companion along.
Registration: to register for the retreat, please fill out the registration form and pay the required deposit. Kindly note that registration without a deposit is not valid and doesn't guarantee a seat.
We will send you the event schedule via email.
Please keep us informed of any changes to your email address, as we will periodically send you information about the retreat.
Payment options: payment can be made through PayPal or by card.

Registration will be processed in the order received. There are a limited number of seats available. Once your deposit is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive the confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us.
Cancellation Policy:
We would like to inform you that we are not responsible for any cancellations you make for any reason.
However, if you decide to cancel your reservation before May 1st, 2026 (included) you will be refunded with the amount received from you (except 150 EURO non-refundable). If you cancel after May 1st, 2026 you will be refunded the amount paid, less 500 EURO
If you cancel your reservation after October 1st, 2026, we cannot issue any refunds.
If the organizer needs to cancel the event, all the money received from you will be refunded in full.
Other information:
The price doesn't include Paypal/Card fees (non-refundable)
Registrations made without paying the deposit will be considered null and void.
Payment delays exceeding 72 hours from the due date will be considered cancellations by the customer, thus activating the stipulated cancellation clause.
Availability of single rooms is limited. Please get in touch with us before registering to check availability.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the retreat if deemed necessary. However, you will be notified in advance of any such changes.
